Herbert Howard Entwistle III – CEO Managing Partner
Herb spent many years consulting in the financial services sector working for such companies as Fidelity Investments, Putnam Investments, Deloitte & Touche and also well know retail clients such as Ocean Spray and Boston Scientific up until 2003. More recently Herb is the owner of a Boutique Real Estate office in Boston. Herb sold well over $100 million in both commercial and residential real estate. He has been licensed in real estate for over two decades and is very experienced in the industry, having pursued a broad range of endeavors from real estate development, financing, consulting, and sales. He brings with him a strong financial background as well as a keen negotiating ability. Herb managed and operated a variety of businesses including a residential/commercial mortgage company, from which he parlays his skills to the unique and variable world of real estate finance.
Herb has traveled to over 45 countries and has had involvement with an import business with South America and Europe. He enjoys working with people from various nationalities. He speaks Spanish and is currently learning Mandarin.
Herb is also a mentor with the Build.org program, teaching teen’s entrepreneurship. BUILD uses entrepreneurship to motivate disconnected, low-income youth through high school and into college. The four-year BUILD program helps students develop and run their own small businesses, supplementing traditional school with real-world business experiences.
Herb is a native of New England and a graduate of the University of Rhode Island with a BS in Finance and Management. Herb has also done some post graduate studies at Clark University. Herb has also served on several Boards various companies profit and nonprofit.
Shahin Shahin – Business Development Principal
Shahin is a co-founder of SSSD and SSS Realty, LLC, a real estate development and investment with a focus on acquiring and developing commercial retail opportunities in New England including many retail projects. Shahin oversees all real estate decisions including project acquisition, permitting, construction, and leasing. Shahin has invested through partnership in various REITs and has experience managing a major renovation of one of the largest hotels in Boston metro area with an important role in the brand conversion. Shahin has also established and set up various Automobile Dealers, Auto Financing, Auto Transportation and Auto Rental businesses.
Shahin has traveled to Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia and explored different cultures and ways of promoting and conducting business. He traveled to Israel and Jordan with Massachusetts Republican Governor Jane Swift to set up the first Mass Trade Office in Jordan after the US–Jordan Free Trade Agreement. Shahin also served on Steering committee for Democratic Senator Kerry–Edward Presidential campaign. He is co-founder of Massachusetts Arab American Legislative Action committee and on the Advisory Committee to various State and Federal Law Enforcement Agencies including Civil Rights and Human Rights Organizations. Shahin served as a National Policy Council with Arab American Institute, Vice President of the Iraqi Children Project, worked with Project Hope which bring children from Iraq, Africa, Afghanistan to the U.S. life threatening needed surgeries.
.Dr. Dean M Cestari, MD – Principal
Dr. Dean Cestari completed residencies in both Neurology and Ophthalmology at the Cornell University Medical College’s New York Presbyterian Hospital, as well as fellowship training in neuro-ophthalmology at the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary, Harvard Medical School. He is approximately one of ten physicians in the United States who is board certified by both the American Board of Ophthalmology and the American Board of Psychiatry & Neurology. Dr. Cestari joined the full-time faculty of Mass. Eye and Ear, a primary teaching hospital for Harvard’s Medical School.
Since 2006, he currently holds the rank of Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at Harvard Medical School. He is very involved in medical education and is the Director of the Clinical Fellowship program at The Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary.
Additionally, members of Dr. Cestari immediate family have operated business ventures in mainland China for many years. Dr Cestari has traveled extensively in Asia, lived in the Middle East, and also in Australia.
Dr. Cestari is routinely invited to give talks locally, nationally, and internationally. He often goes to Asia to teach and discuss his research efforts. In 2016/2017, Dr. Cestari will be traveling to China, Guatemala, Uganda, Cuba, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Washington DC, Peru, and Korea in 2016 and 2017 for both presentations and as a medical ambassador.
Salim Kinslieh Principal
Sonny Kinslieh manages Residential and Commercial properties in downtown Boston and has for over 15 years. He is involved in the development and management of many retail ventures in the Boston area.
Sonny acquired and worked on developing many sites for large class A retailers such as CVS, Target, Wegmans and others in the State of Massachusetts and New Hampshire. He also worked to establish an export business for retail beverages to many overseas countries.
Sonny is a primary investor in Avalon Venue Apartments, a luxury 300+ unit apartment complex very close to Walt Disney World in Orlando Florida.
